      Pros

      Good health benefits and good hours with competitive pay, but not worth the drama or stress that goes with it.

      Cons

      Gossipy, drama infused position no matter where you work. No one gets along, the managers are all buddy-buddy so there is no way to transfer throughout the company unless you are a behind kisser or one of these gossipy people. It makes it hard for someone who just wants to work hard and not go to work to make friends.

      Pros

      There's a lot of turn over and staff is always changing so there's usually extra time on the schedule to sign up for.

      Cons

      the hosptial cares less and less about their employees with each passing year. employee satisfaction is in the dumps and they care to do nothing about it. It's the little things that count and upper management could care less. They promise raises and they're yet to be seen. The higher ups are making the big bucks while the one's really doing the work are left out to dry.
