Managers do not care enough to listen to the employees that are direct patient care. Turnover is high because of this. There is zero accountability for poor staff performance, yet the ones who show up everyday and do their jobs feel defeated. Pay is lowest scale in the Charlotte metro area. There is no opportunity for advancement.
