Shift diff, Flex Time, does not take much effort to work here.

Cons

Management clearly played favorites. Strong performers were often “rewarded” with more work rather than recognition or support, while poor performance was rarely addressed. Compensation is low compared to other hospitals in the area. Gossip was common throughout the workplace, including among management, which created an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. Proceed with caution.
