Pros

Management plays a very present role in our daily lives, in an extremely healthy way. I'm telling you, your boss will do anything in their power to make sure you can achieve your goals. Benefits are awesome, and pay is above average. In here, you show you want to work hard, they'll make way for you! No wonder you rarely see people leaving for other jobs!

Cons

Work is fully remote, and it might be lonely sometimes. But then again, there are many events and activities to bring the team together.

They Understand Family First

Pros

This is a company that values family, and not the bologna that work as family. They never want you to miss a family event, your child's Halloween costume party at school or grandmother's 90th birthday party. They understand life happens and they need to take care of their employees. If they have happy employees, they employees in return will take care of the customers and with happy customers the business thrives.

Cons

They spend alot of money on events and silly trinkets. We dont always need a giveaway and would rather have the cash in our pocket. Sometimes it feels like leadership has big dreams and not focused on the current issues in the day to day.

Carolina Handling also frequently promotes from within leading to an environment where you have a desire to succeed.

Cons

The footprint of the company makes it difficult to know all of the great associates here.
