Empowered to manage your daily tasks and role duties on your own. You are given ownership of your area. They only hire the best of the best here so the people you work with are usually top notch. Pay well, and have a great vision going forward.

Cons

Growing fast, and there are some growing pains with that but overall good.

Cons

Lower pay compared to competitors while having higher skill set. Can be stressful for green techs to understand how to bill time and manage accounts. This job can be highly rewarding but customers can be highly demanding

Pros

Hybrid schedule with most days working from home. HR tried mandate multiple days in the office but most managers do what they want and we don’t go in but a few days a month. There’s always food provided from events or food trucks or trainings around the office. Some pretty cool employees who work hard and they’re fun to be around.

Cons

Company has increasingly become more interested in revenue and sales numbers than taking care of their employees. Making changes to benefits that don’t “benefit” the employee. Unless you’re a swiftie you probably won’t get any help from HR. Some departments seem to hire from the dark ages - if you’re a good employee you get to be the next manager.
