Upper management is toxic so that trickles down to management. Safety is only a concern if something happens or there is a patient complaint to one of the upper managers and or CEO. Top performers have to leave because slacking is tolerated and where they have their “lifetime” employees. Upper management can be compared to an abusive family environment and that turns into everyone walking on eggshells to impress and prove themselves.

Supervisors sit around on their phones, co-workers and supervisors do not act professional, thrown into departments without being taught how to work in them.
