      Recent focus on safety, but as a witch hunt for who to blame

      Cons

      Many leaders in the organization have huge egos and cannot lead, only shout and dictate. There needs to be a shake up from CEO to his team. It is a leadership "at all costs" including dignity and respect... all out the window. The C-suite and VP's (except a couple) don't know how to lead y'all. Its sad that leaders have done this to this company and I hope the board are listening to the employees. Help.

      Been there 30 plus years, when hired was told “you will work 7 days “ I covered for co workers when they needed of .. they did the same!!

      Cons

      Froze our pension.. when hired was one of their selling points!! And healthcare costs!! compared to upper management Also bonus ? Again upper management reaps it!! We get the high 🎩!!
