Pay and pay only. Some workers ok but most are self-absorbed.

Cons

No work - life balance, 7 days a week, no sympathy from management when a day off is needed, mostly 12 hr days. Job bidding is a joke.

The hourly pay rate is above average for the area. Nice parking area and facilities. Easily accessible from route 79.

Cons

Dealing with junkies in the large bar department. Constantly changing moods and hostility from dope heads. Getting scheduled long hours and extra shifts.

Pros

Great wages and benefits. Lots of overtime for hourly employees if that's what you're looking for. Internal growth opportunities. Lower level management cares about the employees.

Cons

Horrible work life balance. No holiday weekends. Upper management is condescending, belittling and vicious towards employees. Zero respect for employees. It is not the family oriented company anymore that it was once known for being. Employees work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day and holiday weekends. Only off on the actual holiday.
