Wholesale leadership at the regional level is top tier. Great culture compared to 3 years ago. Great work/life balance. Benefits/401k/stock purchase/incentives. Freedom to do the job without a lot of micro-managing.

Cons

Every company has their issues. Salary could be better. Heavy workload for those who have no time management skills.

Great Benefits and i have a great boss.

Cons

Lack of inventory when our customers need it. Answering other branches calls and our customers complain because they cannot get through to us in a timeley manner.
