Pros

Received several promotions while employed. Carrier product is very good.

Cons

Very poor strategic vision and support to reach business goals. Goals and Metrics are set too far out of reach to attain and become a distraction rather than an incentive. Very little training and investment into professional dvelopment.

Pros

Make your "numbers" and you are good to go.

Cons

Laid off over 100 to announce they cut SG&A 3 points in Q3, not a good reason to lay off, and in same meeting made the statement " as soon as unemployment goes down we will see an upswing in sales for residential new construction HVAC equipment and supplies.".
