Pros

Carroll Hospital is, without a doubt, the best place I have ever worked. Coworkers are friendly and the management team is very open with communications.

Cons

No incentives for high performers. Need to ensure that Carroll keeps it's hometown, community feel. Carroll Hospital has awesome ideas and we run like clockwork - just because LifeBridge is larger, it doesn't mean their processes are better.

Incredible organization to work for! Positive, friendly and collaborative environment. Support from Leadership and opportunities for career growth. Salary and benefits are competitive.

Cons

None - I worked in other hospitals and Carroll is by far the best.
