I thoroughly enjoyed working with the patients, but the staff was a different story.

The experience was worth it. Being able to work with a variety of people was fulfilling.

Cons

I think management needs a bit of work. I think patient care needs to increase as well. Under-staffing will not help anything, especially the hospital's reputation.
