Pros

Benefits are good, especially if you stick with LBH providers. PTO is a lot as well

Cons

Definitely a big corporation. No longer a family feel. You are just another cog in the wheel.

Pros

Coworkers. Five word minimum here

Cons

They will start you out at a certain pay rate, no matter how hard you work, what responsibilities you take on, how much you cover shifts. This pay rate will never change. When new hires get put on, they will be hired above what you’re making, when questioned about this, even though food service level managers will agree you deserve a raise, HR and the higher ups will block the raise. They basically will imply, every food service worker is a dime a dozen, and you will hit the pay threshold very quickly. That same pay threshold does not apply to new hires.
