Pros

Great place to work. Staff with experience at many elite facilities. Clinically focused. Physicians seem to work with computerized systems more than expected.

Cons

Single hospital in a world of corporations and mergers. Not sure how long it will stay that way. A lot of systems changes with thinly stretched staff.

Pros

Reasonable compensation for a semi-rural hospital. Pleasant patient population. Highly customer service oriented. Good quality docs for it's locale. Well equipped.

Cons

A little far out in the country...need to be prepared to commute or move.
