People were trustworthy to work with.

Cons

Management is trash. Staffing is consistently low and supplies are hard to come by. Raises are only given after mass exodus from poor treatment.

Good location if you’re from the surrounding area and don’t want to commute

Cons

Terrible management, not supportive, makes it very obvious that you are replaceable and “just a body” Severely understaffed ER Puts your nursing license at risk every time you work Inexperienced nurses outnumber experienced nurses. On any given night there will only be new grads working Staff is rude, lazy, and will talk bad about every one that works there Under payed compared to surrounding hospitals Zero diversity or inclusion at this hospital Other units may be better, but do not work in the ER.
