Staff and management are good team players.

patient census is high but our pay is too low compared to the pay other hospitals pay their experienced nurses.

Nice location, ok starting pay.

Cons

Some of the staff here don't hide their bigotry/racism, lots of favoritism, and some staff are too aggressive with other staff and patients. Toxic work environment, I wouldn't suggest working here or coming here as a patient.
