Pros

Good healthcare, good direction, no chance of layoffs, very positive people who are driving real change.

Cons

Lower than national average base pay, but the total compensation with bonuses and benefits is quite high. Base pay increasing after January with OpenGov acquisition.

Pros

Historically a great company. But they are being bought by OpenGov. It may be a great thing. But just something to keep in mind as Cartegraph is no more. Do your research and ask lot's of questions because prior reviews were pre OpenGov.

Cons

Pay is lower but benefits were really good, which made up for it.
