Pros

Flexibility of scheduling Regular bonuses for increases in ARR Fun place to work Lots of interesting technologies to work with Ability to experiment for a few days a quarter and work on whatever we want Regular team lunches and celebrations Work from anywhere whenever you want

Cons

Benefits package is good, but could be better Sometimes, it feels like we do not have enough sway to tackle large chunks of technical debt/cruft

Pros

- Outstanding flexibility and work/life balance - Above average PTO - Solid benefits. Good pay. - Product is very robust and there are lots of interesting projects to work on. - Lots of freedom to make decisions as a team/individual without needing explicit permission. - Able to remote as needed.

Cons

- Lack of upward mobility path for Technology division. - Remote culture still a work in progress, but much better than a year ago and heading in the right direction

Pros

Cartegraph is a great place to call home for multiple reasons. The work that we do actually matters and it helps positively impact communities across our entire customer base. The work that local government doing is SO important, and we get to help them along in that journey. The culture at Cartegraph is unmatched, everyday we get to work with some of hardest working, fun, and wicked smart individuals. We are absolutely growing right now, and the consistent hiring is only a small piece of that. While we are training our client base to become more high-performance organizations, we are also working on refining our day-to-day work to better serve our customer base everyday.

Cons

Although Dubuque is becoming a great place to live and work, it is still a smaller town and can be difficult for a few different reasons: talent acquisition, traveling in and out of Dubuque (Expensive and limited flights), and variety of entertainment for living.
