Pros

- Fair 401k match (though not 1:1). - Incredible colleagues. - Remote opportunities. - Better than average benefits. - They'll keep you fed (if you work in Debuque)

Cons

- The pay - Management will not commit to 100% of their promises TLDR: Simply put, they do not pay their talented staff what they truly deserve. ISS (support) staff in particular. ISS technically aren't paid a salary; they are paid hourly. IS (front-facing implementation/training) staff is compensated slightly better.

Pros

I started working for Cartegraph about 6 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of employment, my mom had to go in to assisted living. Cartegraph has given me a leave of absence to deal with this. I've never worked for a company this understanding and generous. Words can't describe my appreciation.

Cons

I can't think of any. A Boston-based company would have said "See you later."
