Market Leader, Great 401(K) Match, Centrally Located Corporate Office, Strong Executive Leadership

Cons

Extremely High Turnover, Lack of Bonus, No Rewards/Incentives, Poor Career Advancement, Extremely Outdated Systems, Finance/Accounting Department viewed as Back-Office, Still Establishing a Culture and Identity, Roles/Responsibilities are Blurred. Poor Training/Development.

Pros

It's great to work in the store with cute babies, and the employees who work on the store are great

Cons

Over worked, and underpaid. The company gives large workloads to the stores, but does not support them with hours. Dms treat the employees with alot of disrespect and say and do unethical things.

Great people..warm and friendly. CEO is a great guy.

Cons

No work life balance. High expectations and no support, direction or resources to go with it. Unrealistic demands..management was inexperienced and provided no guidance on difficult tasks.
