no overtime allowed, never enough hours for work, only get 75 hours extra to run 2 stores

-the discount -helpful district -paid holidays -benifits

Cons

-little hrs for training, but you expected to be a expert. - policy changes all the time, but expected to withhold the policy - visits with DM none educational. They come tell you what to do, critique, but never engage hands on to help - conduct store visit guides but don't walk you through the results. You work alone alot but are expected to complete daily duties, maintain payroll, blue bag the customer, reactionary merchandise, shipment oh and train. :) - during review little to no pay raise - information from home office is not accurate, so you constantly call store support.

Extremely heavy workload. Be ready to manage and measure your work and effectively prioritize. Not enough payroll to support the workload
