Long hours on your feet, 3+ hours between breaks, very poor communications from supervisors and management, supervisors make empty promises about full time positions, high turnover of employees

Very unorganized, there is no logic behind anything. They rip off your pay checks left and right. They ask you to do things and don't compensate you, such as traveling to other stores even after you file the travel expense report. In the end your time and effort give you nothing more than the next person who just showed up did the bare minimum and left. They DO NOT value employees at all! If there's an opportunity for you to do something and not be compensated they will take complete advantage. They expect you to go above and beyond send when you do it goes unnoticed. Watch your paystubs! Not worth it if you're looking for a company to invest your career in or make more than minimum wage because the pay compared to competing retailers is laughable. If you're someone who has no responsibility needs dome extra spending money and just want to show up do the bare minimum and leave this is the job for you.
