      Pros

      They have really cute clothes and you get a 20% employee discount

      Cons

      They do "call in hours" where you call the store an hour before you are supposed to be there and ask if they need you. If they'd do you HAVE to be available to come in just like as if you were scheduled for that day. But if they don't need you you don't come in and aren't payed. So basically it is hours that you HAVE to be available but don't necessarily get paid for. It's insane.

      Pros

      Its a lot of fun working with parents and kids! The return policy is great, and theres always something to do, so you're never bored.

      Cons

      First off, the turnover rate is RIDICULOUS. Hours are very inconsistent, the pay is not competetive at all, and call in shifts have you sitting around waiting for what will likely be a day without work (or pay). Training is also very inconsistent. Managers do not invest any time in staff, so most of their training comes from calling other stores with questions. Upper management is a joke- they very clearly do not respect their employees, and ANY kind of change (most notably promotions) happen at a glacial pace. My store lost so many great employees because they strung them along with the hint of a promotion that they clearly would not deliver. And I can only speak for my own area, but management is extremely condescending.
