Pros

Best part was to be able to see babies and talk to the grandparents.

Cons

They expect too much from employees. Most associates were college students only showing for a paycheck. Making every single person working memorizing numbers rather than pushing for the best customer service. The long hours and store standards are unachieveable with such a high volume store. Rate of pay was awful. I was told to do assistant manager work and I never recieved a high rate or bonus.

Pros

The company is best suited for high school students and others seeking a part time job, or those with retail experience who desire management positions. Fun atmosphere to work in, rarely bored and the customers are generally very pleasant.

Cons

Aside from management, hours are very inconsistent and shifts are often cut with little to no warning. Part time work requires a flexible schedule as shifts are scheduled as on calls or extensions, but that is the case with most retail jobs.
