Pros

There are no pros, this job or at least this location, has too many employees and not enough hours to give.

Cons

So cluttered, and they give 2 hour shifts when you first start working there. They expect you tto learn everything when you get about 2 shifts a week. They give you so many on calls that you have to call in for two hours ahead, not worth it. They also start you off at minimum wage.

Worst company I've ever worked for in my many years in retail Management. NO structure, NO corporate support, NO organization , NO normal training. ..Learn as you go. The training tool (TOTS) they use is ridiculous. I felt like I went backwards in my career. Upper management feels entitled to do whatever. DM not aware of what really goes on in her stores ...not a positive environment at all. Horrible health care benefits and payroll benefits. NO Work/life balance.

Cons

Constantly yelled at by customers because of the fluctuating prices, items being priced different in clearance based on size even though its same color. Corporate would get mad at stores for the littlest complaint. $25 gift card sent to people who would call with negative experience so you would have fake complaints. If you had a compliment you would not even get a good job from district manager or regional you would only get a reaction from them if you had a problem. District manager would only come around once every couple months and the regional manager only showed up 1 of the 5 times he said he would come to our store.
