      Pretty good but can be stressful

      Pros

      You are active all day long and you have difinite tasks to complete. The pay can be good but is dependant on how your manager is. Loved the people i worked with but higher ups were kinda annoyong

      Cons

      You get called in if someone is sick a lot, revolving door of part timers and others, pay could be better

      My boss tries very hard to work with everyone on any situation. She is the only reason I took my position at work.

      Cons

      Budget hours are ridiculous!!!! Corporate hands out more work and gives less man power and hours to get anything done! Especially in a 24hr store.... makes no sense that we have less Budget hours then a store that closes overnight! No breaks! Your expected to work straight through even a 9-10 hour shift! If someone calls in your expected to cover there shift. This means you could be working for a 16plus hour shift straight through with no break!!!!

      Pros

      Caseys used to be all about the community, families and taking care of there employees. Now it's all about the money. So it's hard to think about any pros.

      Cons

      No family life for managers, the salary is ok but not by time time you divide the number of hours worked into your gross pay. No advancement from within, unless your in their little click. Just not an employee friendly place anymore. It seams like the corporate people forget without good managers they would not be getting there paychecks or bonuses because that all they care about anymore. My advice would be to stay away from Casey's.
