I like that they offer full-time employees good health benefits, and some of the people I work with are pretty great.

Cons

The head honchos cut our store hours so therefore it's hard for anyone to become a full-time employee and receive the health benefits they deserve. If they refuse to make good employees full-time, then they should at least pay us more or offer us the same health benefits package that they do the full-time help.

Coworkers that eventually become friends.

Cons

Pay, benefits, reliability, appreciation, lack of morals and values, doesn't care about employees or their well being, constantly finding ways to screw over employees any way they can. I worked there for over 10yrs, I kept the place running on my own as the only management for a period of time. They eventually cut my hours so bad that I had to find new employment. The appreciation they showed was to deny me my 10yr gift, which I absolutely deserved. I regret giving my all to this company. They care about no one!
