- Relatively competitive salary - Smart, creative team members - Great Slack emoji use - ESPP - Brand name on resume - Free LI Learning access - Relatively progressive

Cons

- Culture has become toxic esp. in CCO and Product - Frequent re-orgs - Horrible for middle managers (all the blame, none of the control) - Unpredictable executives esp CEO - Teams can’t use creativity or innovate b/c always reacting (re-org, layoff, rebrand, major SEV) - Almost all the DEI and ERG leaders were laid off or moved so there’s no one to run these groups.

Company is a mess. Nothing ships. Leadership backstabs each other. Unless you have a really strong manager or team, growth prospects are super limited.
