Good place to work and grow in your technical skills. Company is very lenient in working around your family schedule.

Cons

No room for advancement and company unless you want to move to Green Bay Wisconsin. Senior management requires you to work on multiple new things that the company Acquires but does not advance your compensation for Advancing your skill set. Management also is not local and is not accepting of influence from the field.
