Pros

You get to drive a lot (if you like that) Coworkers generally want to help you out Occasionally an easy day Paid 40 hours even if you work less. Gas card, Lodging Card, Vehicle, some equipment Yearly bonus Decent pay

Cons

Micromanagement about some things, other things completely overlooked. Very inconsistent. Never know when the axe will fall. 2 weeks of training only. Challenging for new people. Can feel set up for failure a lot. No real future. Pay is capped. Health insurance is expensive and not very good.

The people there were very nice and I enjoyed learning and implementing Power BI. The pay was average and the insurance was good.

Cons

The Owner is toxic and uses highly inappropriate and angry language around employees. Everyone is afraid to lose their job.
