When you did nothing wrong, you were left alone, no pat on back ever

Cons

Pay not good, managers were selected based on who you were friends with, lots of swear words, no growth with company, Some were afraid to speak up to avoid getting yelled at.

Laid back, Coworkers are great, Tight knit family feeling, Pretty good benefits package, All hourly pay and overtime can be accumulated

Cons

Doesn't seem like there is a lot of room for growth from within the company at times, Not the best communication between departments at times
