Pros
I've worked at Cassileth Plastic Surgery for a year, and it's truly been an amazing experience. Yes, you're expected to work hard, and it's a super fast-paced environment, but the support, encouragement, and advice you'll receive from senior management and staff at all levels are top-notch. The personal and professional growth I've undergone during my time here has been invaluable, and I'm still learning every day! Our surgeons are performing groundbreaking procedures, and it's exciting to be part of a group of such driven, passionate, and talented people.
It's certainly not all work either! We regularly have staff events, celebrate birthdays and holidays together, go out to happy hour, and there are plenty of laughs around the office daily.
Cons
I can't think of any cons. As I mentioned, it is fast-paced here, which might not be for everyone. I personally thrive off of it and find it to be exciting.
