Pros
CMP offers flexible hours and is a very organized company with outstanding communication for the most part. CMP is a great brand to work with.
Cons
Was left a sticky note to pay a dollar for coffee

Pros
No stability, revolving door hiring methods, no care for employees, minimum support. A truly terrible human resources approach.
Cons
Bad deal after bad deal working for this company. A co worker was fired a few days before his commission cheque was due, so the owner could avoid paying him the commission. A partner was scammed for $250k by the owner. He seems to enjoy ripping people off, as some sort of game, which is much more work than making honest money (ironically). Ultimately CMP produces nothing of quality. If you value your time DO NOT work for this company.
