      There really are no pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      Do NOT make the mistake of working here. During the time I worked here, I witnessed him firing employees without cause (and improper notice) and not paying his employees their proper wages. He asks his employees to do unethical things and fires them (or pushes them out of the company) if they don't comply. He also treats his clients/business partners unethically and each business relationship has ended severed, some in law suits.

      Pros

      The people are the reason anybody will work here. Most everybody is friendly and genuine. Home life balance and stable development are the biggest plus.

      Pros

      Very easy going and positive environment. The boss is very laid back and understanding. Friendly people who don't take things too seriously but still conduct business in a professional manner. Vert flexible work schedule, and easy to take time off for appointments or family matters.

      Cons

      No salary and no benefits.
