Not challenging enough No benefit

The owner / president is the epitome of a micro manager. He's has no trust his employees and tracks their phone calls. No benefits, you're paid hourly (as the president believed if you paid salary or sick days you would "never show up".) The organization itself is very shady and unprofessional.
