Utterly sleazy treatment towards contractors

Nothing positive to share about this unethical company.

Cons

As a future contractor, I was provided and signed and offer letter. A week before my agreed upon start date, I was told "you have to start this Monday, no exceptions." I didn't take this contract job given the flimsy ethics and trashy behavior of Casthlight HR and staff.

They focus a lot on company culture. They created a bunch of clubs you can join.

Cons

Their product is ok, but nobody really uses it anymore. A lot of employees disagree with the direction the company is headed in.

Some great people. Facilities & office space managed very well. Great location. Healthy snacks.

Cons

Fast growth resulted in hires that didn't fit as well culturally. Lost it's close knit friendly atmosphere. Voicing of team problems not taken seriously or listened to.
