Cons

I haven't found any cons but like any innovative fast pace company in a complex market employees have to be sharp and engaged. I don't agree with the negative feedback i've read in Glassdoor. The company has made significant changes for the positive. Many of the old timers don't appreciate these changes. Change is difficult for some individuals to accept. As a senior sales professional, I do appreciate the changes.

Pros

Meaningful mission, incredible colleagues, collaborative and fun atmosphere, can-do attitudes tackling one of the most important issues in healthcare. I enjoyed working with everyone at Castlight. For example, the engineers are incredible - fantastic talent, the product team is creative, the health plan team is strategic and thoughtful. Castlight is a great place to work.

Cons

Definitely a work hard, play hard environment - which is a good thing. However, people who are new to the workplace may need more guidance from leaders to take breaks and model that it is ok to have some down time!
