The staff at Catalyst is comprised of some of the most genuine people I have ever met. They are respectful and communicative and really value positive interactions.

Great kids, great co-workers, fulfilling work

Cons

Unorganized, lack of supervision and support for RBTs, hours cut without warning, dishonesty to employees about benefits and opportunities, and unethical practices.

You get to work with inspirational kids.

Cons

Work carries over to home life alot when your no longer on the clock. Such as contacting parents and converting a session you didn't have time to convert prior. Especially certain insurance companies.
