Pros

Employees consistently give Catalyst high scores for flexibility... flexibility with work hours and flexibility when it comes to working from home or in the office, allowing you to balance family needs. Employees are smart. Allow visits from dogs. Benefit package is very good. Parking convenient and free.

Cons

As a smaller employer (~50 employees), you can feel the pinch when the budget is reduced or eliminated for any one client.

Pros

Great work/life balance. There are times that you need to work really hard and put in extra hours for client projects, but then you are given a lot of freedom and flexibility when things slow down. The digital team is very strong and does great work.

Cons

Some of the people that have been at the company for a very long time do not understand digital marketing very well. The company sometimes tries to resort to what they've been doing for 20 years (traditional marketing) that is not as effective as it used to be. I know that there is still a market for direct mail, but I don't think that is where the future is headed.

Pros

Great boss - mentored and taught me alot. Family environment. Dog friendly. Loved my job, my boss and all the people there. Quarterly staff meetings give all employees a pulse on where the company is going.

Cons

Hard to come up with any. More communication from the top down would be welcomed by all.
