Pros

One of the greatest things about Catalyst is the ability to work around a flexible schedule. As long as you get your work done by the time it's expected, you can work when you want.

Cons

AC in my building is a little weird so occasionally I get very cold. Sometimes

Pros

Good people. Friendly atmosphere. Office dog. Free bagels and donuts on Fridays. Casual dress code. Work life balance. The senior leaders that run operations and account management are good and they care. They really try to push for positive changes contiually. Some of the department managers are good too, especially creative, technology and project management.

Cons

There are inconsistencies in the quality of the managers or leaders and the owners seem to get in the way of success more than they help clear the way for it.
