Great Training provided. I enjoyed the opportunity to meet teachers from all the boroughs during the training. Interesting field trips for students.

Pros

Flexible, some people can work from home

Cons

A lot of work with little respect, appreciation, or compensation, empty promises and lies, management brings in new hires rather than promoting hardworking employees who've been with the company, generally toxic environment, saw high turnaround in multiple departments.
