Pros

Coworker atmosphere and hours. Great place to start but should be temporary just to get experience. I worked there tei years in the Norwalk,CT location i thought it was a great move and starting out it was but as staff dynamics changed so did my viewpoint. Great because of the holidays abd breaks you get.

Cons

Lack support and understanding for a work/life balance, pay is minimal for the work you do. Management very harsh toward employees. Lack of resources. I also believe they dont encourage students to truly grow from their disability. Passing grades are easily given. Appreciation of staff very limited. Treat staff like kids instead of adults. This is not a place for people with families and children because. It is for those who just received their bachelor's degree not really for you if you have higher degrees because growth is limited or non existent. Time off is limited. They expect school breaks and holidays to be enough time off so you don't get vacation as a one to one or teacher just 6 sick days for the year and 2 personal days.

Pros

close to my home in Philadelphia

Cons

poorly managed by people that clearly are in over their head and do not care about employees. Management refuses to return emails or calls for a meeting to discuss issues with company. After being a loyal employee for a number of years I quit before even having a new job.
