Pros

Teaching small groups with a great curriculum is a plus. The management is supportive when you ask for help. It helps if you are on top of your job and do what you are supposed to do.Great job for a new teacher.

Cons

There is a lot of paper work because its using federal $$. If you count all the planning time (that any good teacher does), plus keeping up with the records, and the down time between classes your part time job has full time hours but not enough pay. you are paid as tutors but you are a teacher.
