Pros

some new senior managers seem to "get it", but the old management team doesn't seem to be going along with things.

Cons

Education Quality department knows very litte outside of being reading specialists, yet that doesn't stop them from getting involved in everything. Education Quality has no concept of what customers desires are. Need to make wholesale changes to these folks. Finance department also made frequent errors, then blamed it on operators.
