Reduced emphasis on key performance metrics Free Pluralsight Membership (useful for learning new skills such as C# and maintaining certifications such as CompTIA A+) Overtime is acceptable

Lower pay than similar positions at other companies Contributions to Deferred Compensation Plan are not matched until after the first year On-call is required Grossly understaffed Incomplete training Slow hiring process "Immediate opportunities for advancement" are not very immediate at all Management does not keep their promises, especially about raises Driving between main hospital and clinic locations is required, but fuel is not reimbursed Unsanitary working environment, including dirty floors and overflowing trash cans A severe lack of organization and documentation
