Pros

I was fortunate enough to have good co-workers and depending on what department you work in depends on the respect level receivevd.

Cons

Bad mamagement giving bad reviews based on who they wanted for a job not how well you did at the job. You can give and give and they take and take.

magnet hospital, good place for nurses to work, good benefits for hospital this size, management tries hard to give annual raises,

Cons

money is tight, economy in area is really struggling due to most manufacturers leaving, management is more concerned with keeping MD's quiet and happy than in doing what's best for business
