It was a good place to work, was there for 21 years, they treated there Nurses well.

Pros

They tried to make sure the Nurses salaries was good, so they wouldn't leave. Magnet Hospital. Health insurance was great. Good benefits & usually you got a bonus of 350-500 dollars around Christmas.

Cons

On In-Patient Rehab there was no Nursing support, everyone that was in charge was a therapist. They don't know about Nursing & should not be in charge of them.

Good benefits. Pleasant coworkers. Nice work life balance. Fair pay scale. Doctors are easy to work with. Nurse manager is a great boss.

Cons

The office manager is terrible. She makes working for her impossible. She lies, she manipulates, she never tells the truth, if she doesn't like you she fires you
