Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

No support from management, top level leadership only cares about the shareholders, not the customers and forces you into the middle of it. The expect you to travel constantly, they expect you to be a slave to the company. They will gladly screw you over when it comes to pay. I was asking for a raise for 3 years, and when I finally escalated it to the department head I was belittled for it. I was training new hires with no experience after they were hired on and making $30k a year more than me.

Pros

Reasonable salary for the regions where facilities are located

Cons

Career opportunities limited to those with high 'diversity points'; no cross matrix collaboration; lack of vision at middle management+ level; upper level management lack of knowledge of executional logistics and resource requirements is stunning; lack of internal visionaries/innovators results in constantly underperforming vs. competition; business model unchanged in decades, yet constantly repackaged and regurgitated to employees as 'forward thinking' and 'customer aligned';
