Pros

Benefits, even though they are expensive, still nice to have.

Cons

They are strictly a numbers company. They will preach Values, morality, safety, people, and quality, but in the end they only care about profit. Never been so disappointed in what a company has become as this one. After working there 8 years i was removed from my job, for pointing out how much people were being asked to due, while on a slowdown. Would never advise anyone serious about a careet to join this company

Pros

If you like to kiss butts and have no home life then work here

Cons

Forced overtime, managers motto is "Nothing is more important than caterpillar because caterpillar pays the bills." Especially in Peoria Cat has this place by the baseballs.
