Faith based organization committed to making a difference. They provide a great benefit package and opportunities for employees to increase their knowledge base.

Cons

I really have no cons to submit. Any place will have employee challenges though I have not seem any problems that appear agency wide

Pros

The interview was with the head of the legal department and the two attorneys who would be overseeing me as the legal assistant. All three were very nice and welcoming. They asked behavioral based questions one at a time. They asked if I had any questions afterwards and finished the interview by explaining their work culture and benefits package to me. They were all very kind and respectful. It appears that they have a very wonderful work environment there.

Cons

I would have loved to work there had the pay/offer not been so low.

I enjoy this job tremendously because I get to meet interesting clients. Even though they are senior citizens they can be very funny and full of history.

Cons

The only cons is knowing that some of them suffer greatly from pain and loneliness everyday.. Sometimes more than anything else all they want is some company, which I am always happy to oblige.
